Aluminum materials are procured from reliable suppliers, metal composition analysis/reports are required.

In-process inspection
▪ Continuously check dimension, function, and surface during die-casting process.
▪ Continuously conduct Static Load and Drop Test (BIFMA standards) during die-casting process.
▪ Conduct 100% surface inspection on finished goods.
